For anyone absent on Wednesday, please know that the class voted to postpone the due date for Essay 4 until Wed., May 7 at the beginning of class, giving everyone one extra class period to work on this assignment. It is still optional for anyone to submit Essay 4 on Monday, the scheduled due date.

On Monday, May 5, I will be assigning the take-home essay exam. You will be able to choose between the first analysis essay or the propaganda essay. For individuals who turn in Essay 4 on Monday and indicate to me that he or she is very likely to use it on the take home essay, I'll grade it by class on Wednesday.

Have a productive weekend working on Essay 4, and let me know if you have any other questions.
