Manuscript Conventions Sheet--An MLA formatting guide along with some of my idiosyncrasies.

Viewing Microsoft Word files

Download Microsoft's Word Viewer if you do not have Word installed on your computer. This viewer will allow you to see the Word files, but you will not be able to edit Word files.

Viewing Microsoft PowerPoint files

Download Microsoft's PowerPoint Viewer if you do not have PowerPoint installed on your computer. This viewer will allow you to see the PowerPoint files, but you will not be able to create presentations.

This page put together by UCLA librarian, Esther Grassian, is succinct, clear, and easy to read. It is a good place to start.
Another site at Johns Hopkins University is also a good resource for thinking about the usefulness and validity of sources you find on the Internet, especially the WWW.
