keyboardEnglish 100 Hybrid satisfies transfer requirements for freshman composition at the university level.  In this course you will learn the art of writing essays, how to conduct college-level research, and how to sharpen the clarity of your prose.  Students seeking more information about the English 100 hybrid course should click on this link.

Critical Thinking and Writing About Literature teaches students how to write arguments, to improve their analytical skills, and to make their opinions persuasive. The course builds upon the MLA documentation system learned in English 100.  English 103 satisfies both UC and CSU Critical Thinking transfer requirements.
